Basic Composition of Hydraulic Wrench

The hydraulic torque wrench is composed of a body, an Electric Hydraulic Pump, a double high-pressure oil pipe, and a high-strength sleeve. After the hydraulic pump is started, the motor generates pressure, and the internal hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic torque wrench through the oil pipe medium, and then the piston rod of the hydraulic torque wrench is pushed. The piston rod drives the ratchet at the front of the wrench so that the ratchet can drive the drive shaft to complete the pre-tightening and loosening of the bolts.

The main body of the hydraulic torque wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the main body (also called the shell), the cylinder and the transmission part. The output force of the cylinder, the piston rod of the cylinder and the transmission part form a kinematic pair. The distance from the center of the cylinder to the center of the transmission part is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm. The output force of the cylinder multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench.
