Detailed description

Provide manuals and maintenance of the device at the time of delivery.

Be used with a crane, from 25t to 125t, with lengths of 6m to 14.5m.

We supply mobile extractors fitted on a truck, which can drive on public roads and handle bundles of 20t (maximum) up to 7.5m, as well as self-propelled extractors with a maximum capacity of 25t, which are built especially for tight areas and low height applications.

This kind of Tube Bundle Extractor is a self contained unit, which is easily lifted into position by just one crane and can be operated by remote control. Because the unit is equipped with a small diesel engine, it can work independently at any place. The Extractor is standard equipped with a spark arrestor and it can even be equipped with a chalwin valve to make it possible to work even in dangerous areas. Extractor is shorter and lighter weight than other extractors allowing for increased manoeuvrability.

Rack and pinion driven hydraulic car extracts bundle in one continuous pull while other extractors pull with numerous strokes of a hydraulic cylinder which is time consuming. All functions are operated by remote control, so operator can stand away especially during initial break out. Other extractors have all controls fixed to the front of the extractor superstructure and the operator is standing in the most dangerous position.
