DMP Series Diesel Tube Bundle Extractor

The tube bundle extractor (tube bundle puller) is used to make it easier to pull out and heat the Shell & Tube heat exchangers.

This device uses a diesel engine for use in the workshop environment, which eliminates the need for electricity in the workshop environment.

The diesel engine is the actuator of the hydraulic pump that meets the needs of the hydraulic system.

The method of operation of the device is such that by connecting to the heat exchanger by its forks, it is possible to operate at any height.

By engaging and connecting to the heat exchanger sheet tube, the hydraulic winch exerts a force to pull out.

The load is trimmed using a Aerial balancing cylinder which makes it also easy to off load the bundles when the extractor is put down on the ground. Due to the use of a pulling hook mechanism and 2 butt plates which are clamped against the extractor’s shell, the massive power of 60.000kgf is compensated against the shell flange and not against the structure.When using the Peinemann bundle extractor it is not necessary to dismantle the tension arms from the superstructure in order to load or unload the bundle on/off the extractor.
